Interesting the book of Matthew was written by a unknown author some 40 years after the so called events and doesn't claim to be a eyewitness, the earliest copy of Matthew is dated around 250/60 ce .
So how can anyone with any certainly make any claims as what was said and what was meant by the words Matthew 26:27,28.

Who knows what jesus said ,the gospels were written by unknown authors decades after the so called events, its been copied and translated and probably changed depending upon the copist and their belief systems.

Its manipulation and coercive control over the people in attendance, that worldly people are bad associations and any information that is not approved by the org should be avoided, because they know that jws will then question what they have been told. And discover that they have been lied too .
All religions gaslight there believers that they are the only true religion and they should believe the fantasies that they promotes as true. They don't want them to do independent research into the bible and find out that the bible is the uninspired word of man.

you as a bible researchers, refused the catholicism, but still use the books which catholic church defined as the source of truth.
did you consider paul as a false prophet?
Since Paul's letters preceded the four anonymous gospels by a few decades, it is thought that he started the Christian cult .
Professor James Tabor a biblical scholar of Judaism and early christianity has written books and YouTube lectures about Paul's involvement in the movement. Well worth a consideration.

Why did nobody tell the gospel author of the update?
So did that mean that jesus wasn't aware of the future update?
Still waiting for the independent and verified evidence that there was a miracle worker called jesus?

A young rich man asked jesus what must I do to get everlasting life, jesus said to keep the commandments and sell his riches and give to the poor, off he went ,
That now middle aged rich man meets Paul and asks him the same question but now is told that he must have faith in the blood of jesus to have everlasting life.
Is jesus right and Paul's wrong or is Paul right and jesus wrong or are they both wrong or right?

I asked for independently verified evidence that a miracle worker called jesus even existed .
Paul claims that jesus spoke to him on the road to Damascus so if there is no evidence that he was a real person who performed miracles etc ,and that fact that the four anonymous gospels were written after the writings of Paul. Who or what did Paul base his writing on?

In one of his YouTube videos he said that there are about half a million errors some of which are insignificant and others where whole verses are changed..
But let's accept your statement, bart has used these documents to disprove the jesus story from beginning to end, virgin birth right through to the fake trial and the crucifixion account and burial and empty tomb story.
Bart also confirms that the four gospels were written decades after the so called events by unknown authors and that Paul's letters were written before the four gospels accounts.
You have yet to provide any independently verified evidence that the jesus story is true.
Regarding there being many copies of the books of the bible ,bart has said that this is because scribes were paid for this work it was their job.

And yet bart Ehrman doesn't believe that jesus was anything more than just a man because of his extensive studies of these fragments and it led him to stop believing that the bible is the word of god and he stopped being a fundamental Christian.
Many of his lectures are available on YouTube would highly recommend you watch them.
